At TRS, we offer personalized coaching through our fitness coaching training programs, whether your goal is general fitness, preparing for an upcoming cross country or track season, or trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
No cookie cutter or one size fits all plans; Mark will meet with you via Zoom or in person to discuss your background in running, your goals, target events and distances, and current level of fitness before designing a highly specific running training program to help you reach your goal.
Frequent check-ins, progress reports, and subjective feedback from you will allow us to make any modifications along the way. Unlike some online coaching services, there is no limit on how often you can reach out for additional guidance. Please feel free to text, call, or email at any time!
